Outside of research, I enjoy a few creative pursuits. Paper quilling, aka paper filigree, is the art of rolling, shaping, and arranging thin strips of paper into intricate designs. This has been a meditative hobby that I have frequently turned to since high school. Below are a few pictures of some of my projects over the years.
